How to order:

Shipping Charges:
Actual shipping costs are added to your invoice.  Shipping is FOB Gaithersburg, Maryland, USA.
On-line orders list the actual cost for US destinations. 
For international orders, please ask for a quotation.

Shipping Options:
USA: UPS Ground, 3rd day (orange), 2nd day (blue), overnight (red), Fedex.

INTERNATIONAL: UPS, Fedex, EMS/Post. 
PLEASE ASK US FOR A QUOTATION as the on-line ordering system will only calculate shipping costs within the United States. 
International shipping charges will be more than the amount shown on the on-line order form. Please email Sales@ComBlock.com with the complete shipping address, including the postal code, for an exact shipping total for your destination. 

Net 30:
Available to customers in the USA. First-time customers are asked to provide credit information. A credit application form is available for download.

Credit Card Payment:

VISA and MASTERCARD are accepted.

EFT / Wire Transfers:
We accept payment by Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). Send an e-mail to sales@comblock.com including your company name, address (with city, state and zip code) and your company phone number. We will send you all the information your bank will need to complete the transaction.

Tax Exemption:
Maryland customers: For tax exempt purchases, please submit a sales tax exemption certificate.

Liability:
There are no expressed or implied warranties. Since seller cannot control the manner or use of its products after sale, the seller will not be responsible for any consequential or indirect damages. Products sold by MSS are not for use in human implantable devices or life support systems.

Product Guarantee:
If a product proves to be defective, it will be repaired or replaced immediately. We must be notified of any product defect within 90 days following the ship date.

Returns:
Please contact a sales representative to obtain a Return Materials Authorization number. Returns are normally accepted when completed within 30 days of ship date.

Incorrect Orders:
Please notify a sales representative of any incorrect order within 30 days of ship date. We will immediately correct any error. Corrected orders ship same day.
