With an oscilloscope, check
(a) COM1005 TP1: constantly high. Indicates synchronization with the transmitted PRBS-11 sequence
(b) COM1005 TP3: constantly low. Indicates no bit errors.
(c) COM1005 TP4: start of PRBS-11 sequence, as detected after demodulation. Shows every other start
of sequence. Compare with the transmitted start of PRBS-11 sequence at COM1019 J1/pin A9. 
The delay between transmit and receive should be approximately 13 us.
